Priyadarshini Memorial Trust was established in 1991. With a futuristic vision to provide qualitative education. Since inception, the trust has focused on providing better Quality education with dedication and commitment service to society at the grass root level has been the basic vocation of trust along with education.
Trust has made phenomenal progress in three decades under the leadership and guidance of the trustees led by president honorable Shri. Balasab Madhaswad our Trust's chairman strongly believes that every child is important part of society every one has a right to progress in their life so all students get an opportunity to harness their in built talent and are nurtured and motivated to achieve their true potential in our trust's institutions. Our trust run five schools, including Marathi and English medium schools successfully. In course of time it extended it services at Karla Tq. Umari Dist. Nanded (Maharashtra).
Our trust made special impression in the field of children by paying special heed to all aspects of development by promoting sports, cultural and educational activities along with modern facilities in short duration. We want students to excel in whatever vocation they choose and to become truly useful citizens and human beings.

But we have feet that enables us to climb slowly but continuously to heights that seem very difficult. Our journey is remarkable due to our motto. We believeThat students should acquire knowledge of every sector so that they can achieve what they want. They can spread lights in the society to remove darkness.
